12-Month RINX₂O Warranty

RINX₂O includes a 12-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

The commercial warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear or unauthorised modifications.

For warranty support, contact info@rinx2o.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or video may reasonably be requested. If a valid warranty fault is confirmed, an appropriate remedy will be provided.

This commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
