CHANGE OF MIND
For eligible online purchases, customers may notify RINX₂O that they wish to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying RINX₂O, the customer should return the goods within the applicable return period. To request a return: info@rinx2o.co.uk

RETURN CONDITION
Customers should take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession. If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, any legally permitted reduction in value may be considered.

RETURN POSTAGE
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct return cost. Where available, RINX₂O can provide a prepaid return label for £5.99, deducted from the refund.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NOT-AS-DESCRIBED GOODS
There is no £5.99 change-of-mind return charge for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law after the returned item is received or appropriate evidence of return has been provided. Where legally required, applicable original standard delivery charges should also be refunded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
